If you are having problems loggin in to the chat and you get the following message:


Disconnected:
This user name is taken by an NBCi member, and requires a valid password.
- Please enter the correct password or pick a different user name.


then you simply have to try logging in with another user name.

Because this chat is hosted by NBCi, it has some weaknesses
and therefore all user names aren't in use.
